Big Block Chevy Billet CNC Stainless Header Flanges

Precision milled from 3/8" 304 stainless steel, these Big Block Chevy CNC machined header flanges are the perfect touch to finish off that next custom set of headers. Designed for a lightweight profile, snap-fit ports, and a beautiful finish, these CNC machined header flanges are second to none. They all come standard with chamfered edges, and precision milled ports.

These Big Block Chevy Round Port CNC Machined flanges are sold AS A PAIR.

They are available in 1 7/8", 2", 2 1/8", 2 1/4", 2 3/8", 2 1/2", 2 5/8" or even 2 3/4" port sizes.

These are offered in a standard port or raised port configuration without requiring a custom design submission. All raised port flanges have the ports moved up 0.200".

These flanges fit all conventional Big Block Chevy cylinder heads with a standard 4.84" bore spacing, and standard port locations.
