Precision milled from 3/8" 304 stainless steel, these Big Block Chevy D-Port CNC machined header flanges are the perfect touch to finish off that next custom set of headers. Designed for a lightweight profile, snap-fit ports, and a beautiful finish, these CNC machined header flanges are second to none. They all come standard with chamfered edges, and precision milled ports.

These Big Block Chevy D-Port CNC Machined flanges are sold AS A PAIR.

They are available in 1 7/8" (1.57" tall x 1.91" wide) or 2" (1.71" tall x 2.07" wide) D-port sizes.

These flanges fit all conventional Big Block Chevy cylinder heads with a standard 4.84" bore spacing, and standard port locations.
