Bolt-on Ford 300 (4.9L) Turbo Headers-- Front Exit

Yeah. You read that right. We really did it. This is a beautiful, affordable, over-built, American-Made turbo header made specifically for the Ford 300 Inline-6. Hand-crafted from USA made 11ga 304 Stainless Steel tubing, these turbo headers are built to take a beating. These turbo headers were purpose built for one thing: to put some bite back in those Ford 300's. Designed to fit the carbureted and EFI heads, these bolt-on turbo headers are the perfect solution to any turbo header packaging concerns. They fit all aftermarket heads, and most (if not all) factory & aftermarket intake manifolds. This heavy-duty tubular design is more than capable of handling the vibrations and heat from any turbo build.

This Rear Exit Ford 300 Stainless Turbo Header is available as a bare tubing outlet, v-band, or T4 flange outlet.

Using 2" Primaries, 2 1/2" Manifold, and a single 3" outlet (Tube end, v-band, or T4 flange)

The beauty behind this design? The builder never has to touch a tig welder or strike an arc. Every component can be bolted and pieced together in a modular fashion, without every worrying about the strength or quality of the builder's welds and fabrication. The compact design also allows use of these modular turbo headers in small engine bays. The heavy wall construction of these manifolds means less heat-absorption by the tubing, which means less energy produced by the engine's combustion process is wasted as heat, and is instead conserved as energy and velocity going to your turbos. This also leads to cooler engine bay temperatures, which can also improve intake air temps, increasing the density of oxygen in the air, leading to further power gains.

We recommend builders start off with the base manifolds prior to adding in the additional elbows to meet your turbo mount points.
