Gen III Hemi- Single Turbo System

Designed to fit the 3rd Generation Hemi cylinder heads, these bolt-on turbo headers are the perfect solution to any turbo header packaging concerns. Made of heavy wall, American Made stainless steel 11ga tubign, these modular log manifolds can handle the heat and vibrations that come from a turbocharged engine build.

This system bolts straight into a 3rd Gen Ram application with a 5.7/6.1/6.4L Hemi engine (OEM or aftermarket). The system does require changing to electric radiator fans. This single turbo system is also a great universal hot side turbo kit for any Turbo Hemi application.

  • Driver Side Turbo Header
  • Passenger Side Turbo Header
  • ARP 6pt Stainless Header Bolt Kit (#440-1201)
  • Front Crossover (braided flex joint in center)
  • Turbo Elbow/Up-Pipe (T4 standard, optional T3, T6, or V-Band. [For V-Band inlet turbos, we will reach out to you to confirm the brand and model, as these do vary]
  • Wastegate provision in standard (pictured) location. Simply select the wastegate make & size you will be using

  • Ceramic Coating; reduce underhood temps, improve thermal efficiency, create a clean system. Several colors available.
  • Downpipe Kit: Will include (1) downpipe flange, (2) 90 degree bends to match your selected size, (1) v-band assembly
  • Intercooler Kit: Will include (1) Mishimoto M-Line intercooler (24x12x3), (1) Turbosmart BOV, (4) 3" aluminum 90's, (4) 12" long 3" aluminum tubes, (2) 3" silicone 90's, (4) 3" silicone straights, (12) 3" band clamps

  

The beauty behind this design? The builder never has to touch a tig welder or strike an arc. Every component can be bolted and pieced together in a modular fashion, without every worrying about the strength or quality of the builder's welds and fabrication. The compact design also allows use of these modular turbo headers in small engine bays. The heavy wall construction of these manifolds means less heat-absorption by the tubing, which means less energy produced by the engine's combustion process is wasted as heat, and is instead conserved as energy and velocity going to your turbos. This also leads to cooler engine bay temperatures, which can also improve intake air temps, increasing the density of oxygen in the air, leading to further power gains.

**Due to the tight nature of Gen III Hemi engine bays, particularly Chargers/Challengers/300C/Magnum lines, modification to stock accessories may be necessary to ensure fitment. Dodge Ram/RAM trucks are a known easier fit. Recommended modifications include swapping RAM timing covers onto the 5.7L in the cars, for accessory relocation. Other successful mods include relocating the brake ABS box + rerouting lines and using an alternator relocation kit.**
