Ford Modular 5.4L 4-Valve 1/2" Thick Stainless Turbo Header Flange

Precision laser cut form 1/2" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are specifically made for Ford 5.4L 4-valve modular motor found in the Mustang SVT CObra R, Shelby GT500, and Mustang GT's.

Port Size: 1.868"

1/2" Thick Flanges are great for high boost turbo and blower applications, or any high-temp racing set up.

Preformed Flange Stubs are 2"-3" in length, and are formed to perfectly fit the non-round port in the flange. Stubs drastically reduce overall build time and increase builder's efficiency.
