Pro Series Stainless Header Flange Kits- 5.7L/6.1L D-Port 3rd Gen Hemi

Each Header Flange Kit comes with (2) 3/8" thick American Made 304 Stainless Steel flanges, and (8) stubs TIG welded and machine surfaced onto the flange.

This D-port header flange is designed on the 6.1/6.2/6.4L late-model "Eagle" hemi cylinder heads. Earlier model gen III hemi heads will typically have a round or square exhaust port, though bolt patterns remain the same.

Each flange has a 2" long stub welded on the mating surface and stitch welded on the exterior for bolt clearance. The flange is then surfaced for a superior gasket seal.

Made from an American made 304 stainless and purge tig welded, these flanges kits will get your header project off to a great start.

Stub Sizes Available: 1 7/8", 2", or 2 1/8" Available

Specify tube diameter when ordering. (We carry over 300 flange patterns that we configure as a set with stubs) Depending on the tube size combination, the tube stub may go through the flange port or sit on top of the flange-call for details.
