Mopar 6.1L Hemi Stainless Header Flange

Precision laser cut form 3/8" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. This D-port header flange is designed on the 6.1/6.2/6.4L late-model "Eagle" hemi cylinder heads. Earlier model gen III hemi heads will typically have a round or square exhaust port, though bolt patterns remain the same.

Port Size: 2.005" D-Port

1/2" Thick Flange available. Great for turbo header applications, or for situations under extreme stress and heat cycling.

Preformed Flange Stubs are 2"-3" in length, and are formed to perfectly fit the non-round port in the flange. Stubs drastically reduce overall build time and increase builder's efficiency.
