Universal Intercooler Piping Kits: 2 1/2" Aluminum

Every USA made intercooler piping kit from Stainless Headers Mfg., Inc comes with 100% USA made aluminum mandrel bends, premium quality Mishimoto silicone elbows, high-temp stainless t-bolt clamps, and option intercooler designs. We also offer several material finishes, bead-rolled tubing ends, and several add-ons to help bring your system to life.

The starter kit includes:

• (2) 2 1/2" x 180 Degree 6061 Aluminum mandrel bends
• (2) 2 1/2" x 90 Degree 6061 Aluminum mandrel bends
• (2) 2 1/2" x 45 Degree 6061 Aluminum mandrel bends
• (2) 2 1/2" x 2ft long 6061 Aluminum tubing
• (2) 2 1/2" x 90 Degree Mishimoto Silicone elbows (Red/Black/Blue/White*/Green*)
• (6) 2 1/2" x 3" Long Mishimoto Silicone elbows (Red/Black/Blue/White*/Green*)
• (16) 2 1/2" stainless T-Bolt clamps for intercooler elbows

Bead Roll Edges

• �Bead Roll All Tubing Ends- We will include a bead roll at the inlet and outlet of every aluminum bend and tube for clamping convenience
  
• Bead Roll One End Each- We will include a bead roll at just one end of each bend or tube, to make trimming to length easier without losing a clamping surface
  

Mishimoto Universal Intercooler** (adding the intercooler will also include additional t-bolt clamps, and silicone adapters to mate to the correct inlet/outlet size)
