The newest line in performance Airboat Headers is here! With performance applications for over a dozen different engines (including 4 & 6 cylinder aircraft engines) we have off-the-shelf solutions to all of your airboat header needs!

This long-tube Ford Z304 header is hand-crafted from all American Made 304 stainless steel materials.

We start the built with a CAD designed, laser-cut header flange in 3/8" 304 SS designed for the Ford aftermarket Z304-style cylinder heads. They will also fit any aftermarket cylinder heads with the 3" bolt spacing, common with AFR 200cc heads, Dart 225cc heads, many TrickFlow heads, and several Brodix heads. Not sure if yours apply? From there, we use mandrel-bent tubing (bent in house) to create the runners out of 1 5/8",1 3/4", 1 7/8", or even 2" OD tubing to fit your performance needs.

Up next we precision form the 4-1 collectors to accurately fit the runners, and complete the system with either a 2 1/2", 3", 3 1/2", or 4" OD collector exit- again depending on performance requirements.

Optionally, we also can build these airboat headers with our custom performance merge collectors. The integrated merge spike increases exhaust scavenging for superior exhaust velocity, and greater engine volumetric efficiency.

From there, the entire system is argon purged, and hand-TIG welded by our in-house professionals.
