Our Titanium mandrel bends are the bends of choice for high end header fabricators. What makes our mandrel bends different is the tubing we start off with. Made from an American made CP2 Titanium and bent in the U.S., they are the best mandrel bends on the market. Easy to fabricate with, they expand without cracking. This ability to form is essential when fitting the tube to your flange.

These bends are 2" OD x 90 Degrees of bend, with 6" legs on each side. The tubing is 0.050" wall thickness CP2 Grade Titanium.
