There is no replacement for weight savings when it comes to all out racing. Our latest innovation is in the form of Titanium Zoomie Header Kits. These kits feature everything you need to build your own titanium zoomie headers, for maximum weight reduction. These kits are assembled from CP2 Grade Titanium, and will be over 60% lighter than your standard 16ga stainless zoomie headers.

This is the answer to any custom zoomie header build. With long sweeping bends, precision laser CNC machined header flanges, and the highest quality Titanium mandrel bends on the market, the Titanium Pro Mod Zoomie Header Build Kit has all the components to build a high performance, lightweight, badass set of zoomie headers.

Each Titanium Pro-Mod Zoomie Header Kit Contains the following contents:

2) CNC machined CP2 Titanium Header Flanges, 3/8" thick- (Based On application, drop-down menu option)

8) Preformed Flange Stubs (If applicable)

8) Long Legged, Nesting Zoomie Bends, 3 Degree Bend Separation (78°, 81°, 84°, and 87°), 28" long leg, 6" short leg

8) Header sleeves, slip fit for primary tubes, 2" long

2) 2 ft lengths 1" x 1/8" titanium bar stock

1) 1/4 lb CP1 Titanium TIG Filler rod

4) appropriately sized purge caps
