Custom Header Gaskets by Flatout Gaskets

We are proud to offer Flatout Gaskets header + exhaust gaskets for all of our customer needs! We can offer an exact-match gasket to every single of our header flanges, simply input the part number or description of our header flange you need a gasket for, and select your material type. Courtesy of Flatout Gaskets, we are able to offer those in any of 3 material types:

Graphite Gaskets

-Mechanically bonded graphite, ideal for heat exposure and standard use. These gaskets are an excellent choice for OEM replacements and higher horsepower engines. The material is very forgiving, meaning they work great for headers, exhaust manifolds, or collectors that are not perfectly flat.

Steel-Clad Graphite Gaskets

-This armored series of gaskets is comprised of perforated metal outer layers, mechanically applied over a central graphite core. These are more robust than their standard graphite counterparts, and will withstand higher heat for power-adder applications.

Rubber Coated Copper (RCC) Gaskets

-These RCC header gaskets are custom made from a soft copper, and coated with a Flatout Gasket proprietary coating to aid in exhaust sealing. Copper is a great choice for header gasket material, but it does require a very true & flat header + cylinder mating surface to provide optimal sealing.

All 3 of these gasket types have been tested and trialed on an endless variety of racing applications, including a Top Fuel Dragster, with success.
