Pro Series Header Build Kits: Barra 4.0L I6

This header build kit has everything you need to bring that Ford-Australia Barra 4.0L I-6 custom header together. Designed to fit the Barra 4L I6 engine found in the Ford-Australia lineup of cars and SUV's from 2002-2016 Great for building that set of headers for your Barra powered truck or car.

What makes our header build kits the choice of top fabricators?

Included are:

• Flanges: 1 American made precision laser cut 3/8" thick header flange to fit the Barra 4L I6 cylinder head
• Flange Stubs: Included are (6) preformed flange stubs to help speed up the fabrication process. These stubs are formed to the exact flange port shape, and come in 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" primary tube size.
• Mandrel Bends: We supply (10) 180 degree J bends. Our J bends come with a 6" & a 12" leg. For most header builds, this extra leg length mean you won't need to buy any straight tubing.
• 3 into 1 Collectors or 6-1 Collector: From there we supply one of our weld-on formed collectors, or offer an upgrade to a super high flow 4 into 1 slip on merge collectors with 2 sets of collector tabs. Just like our stainless bends, we start off with an American made 304 stainless and fabricate the industries finest collectors . We offer these header kits with 5 different collector options:
• Weld-On 3-1 Formed Collector (2 1/2" Secondary Size only)
• 3-1 Slip on merge collectors with a straight exit (Collector tabs included)
• 3-1 Slip on merge collectors with a transitional exit (Collector tabs included)
• 6-1 Slip on merge collector with a straight exit (Collector tabs included)
• 6-1 Slip on merge collector with a transitional exit (Collector tabs included)
• Purge Caps: This simple, but effective method for back purging caps works great. Each kit includes 6 primary caps and one collector cap.
• O2 bungs: Each header builder kit includes 2 weld on O2 bungs. Precision machined in the U.S. from 304 stainless billet, these bungs weld beautifully, not like a cast bung
