BMW M42 DOHC I-4 Mild Steel Header Flange

Precision laser cut from 3/8" thick Mild Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are specifically made for BMW DOHC I-4 M42 engines found in variety of BMW vehicles from 1989-1996. These utilize the same bolt design as the S50 BMW engines, but with 4 cylinders instead of 6.

Preformed Flange Stubs are 2"-3" in length, and are formed to perfectly fit the non-round port in the flange. Stubs drastically reduce overall build time and increase builder's efficiency.
