Lycoming 2-Bolt Stainless Header Flange

Precision laser cut from 1/4" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are specifically made for Lycoming engines with a 2-bolt style exhaust flange. This fits all parallel and angle valve heads, including O-290, O-320, IO-320, O-340, O-360, IO-360, IO-540, and IO-720 engines. They also mate well with other subsets of engines, such as AEIO-360 applications.

These flanges will NOT fit Turbocharged engines, such as TIO-540 applications.

These flanges are 1/4" thick, and have 1.75" exhaust port size.
