Lycoming TIO-540 3-Bolt Stainless Header Flange

Precision laser cut from 1/4" thick 304 Stainless Steel, our header flanges are manufactured in the U.S. and are machine surfaced. These header flanges are specifically made for Lycoming engines with a 3-bolt style exhaust flange. These flanges are specifically made for the top-exit exhaust ports found on Lycoming TIO-540 turbocharged applications only.

These flanges will NOT fit non-turbocharged opposed-piston Lycoming engines, such as O-290, O-320, IO-320, O-340, O-360, IO-360, IO-540, and more.

These flanges are 1/4" thick, and have 1.75" exhaust port size.
